Singer, flutist, composer, and musical theatre actress.
She earned a Jazz Voice diploma (2011), a degree in Jazz Composition and Arrangement (2015), and a degree in Music and New Technologies (2024), all with top marks and honors.
She has performed as a singer and flutist under the direction of Vince Mendoza, Maurizio Giammarco, Richard De Rosa, and Paolo Damiani.
She was awarded the “Nicola Paoli” Scholarship in 2013 for “Best Classical Arrangement of a Rock/Folk Song,” and received the “Giovanni Finizii Prize” the same year for “Best New Song.”
She was a finalist at the Barga International Jazz Contest in 2016 and 2018 in the Composition and Arrangement category.
With the project KUKU, she won first prize at the “Julia... Jazz e non solo” competition (2013), was a finalist at the Jazz Live Award (2013), released her debut album with the label ii (Improvvisatore Involontario) in 2017, and self-released a second EP in 2021.
With Painting’s Soul Voices: Music with a Movie Camera, she explored acoustic and electronic experimental music through the use of video cameras and sound flows derived from the chromatic spectrum of paintings (Uffizi Live 2018).
She is active in the field of experimental and electronic music.Her compositions have been performed at various festivals including: festival Artescienza, Paysage Composés, Akoysmata audiovisual arts festival, Tempo Reale, Fabbrica Europa, Angel Field Festival.
Music Education teacher at MIM.
She is currently a PhD candidate in Music, Science, and Technology: The Study of Musical Performance and Perception through Neuroscience and Bioengineering, a joint program involving the conservatories “L. Boccherini” (Lucca), “R. Franci” (Siena), and “P. Mascagni” (Livorno), in collaboration with the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa and IMT School for Advanced Studies in Lucca.
